A somatic approach to money
Stable Ground was created from a shared belief: true financial well-being requires more than knowledge alone.
While practical financial skills are essential, our relationship with money is also shaped by our experiences, emotions, beliefs, and nervous systems. Stable Ground brings together somatic practices and financial education to help people build greater awareness, resilience, and confidence in both their financial and personal lives.
But first, what do we mean when we say financial education & somatic coaching?
Financial education is about earning practical skills and strategies to help you manage money, make informed financial decisions, and work toward your goals.
Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach to personal growth that helps you understand and work with your nervous system, emotions, and physical experiences to create meaningful change.

Co-Founder & Somatic PractitionerBeth Rae
Beth Rae, M.S. is a somatic practitioner, yoga teacher, and multi-passionate entrepreneur who helps women awaken to the inherent wisdom of their body.
Soma is a Greek word best interpreted as the body-mind in all of its aliveness. In Western culture, we tend to overemphasize intellectualization, which can lead to disconnection from sensation, emotion, and intuition. Beth’s work centers on reintegrating the mind and the body so that we can live with greater fullness, centered in the wholeness of the soma.
Drawing from generative somatics, Jungian psychology, yoga, contemplative traditions, and modern neuroscience, Beth supports clients in exploring both light and shadow with nonjudgmental presence. Through a trauma-informed lens, she co-creates transformative practices that cultivate radical self-acceptance, nervous system resilience, and a deeper connection to one’s values.
At Solid Ground, Beth will guide participants to explore the embodied layers of money, safety, worth, and personal power. Her intention is to help women feel more rooted in their bodies, connected to their intuition, and resourced from within.
Some of Beth’s favorite personal practices include yoga and rock climbing, as well as intentional, connected time in community with family, friends, and the natural world.
“If you have come here to help me, you are wasting your time. But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together." Lilla Watson
